Purchased a 4r100 pump from them in September through their Ebay store. It was twice the price of other pumps but it was supposed to be ready to install with upgraded oversized gears and Sonnax valves. The pump gears looked the same as the factory ones but machined thinner to fit the machined pump halves. It was not bolted together. I had to do that myself. After reassembling and reinstalling the transmission I had no TCC lock up and it would shift back to first when second was still being commanded. I removed and disassembled the transmission again. Changed the valves and springs in the pump and with new accumulator and valve bodies. Reassembled and reinstalled transmission again with same results. After removing and disassembling again found the brand new clutches and steels damaged from slipping. Purchased a vacuum test kit to which I found the valve bores in the $500 pump they sold me completely worn out. Purchased a $190 pump half from reputable rebuilder and finally had a working transmission again. Contacted transmission technologies through the Ebay store to see if I could get any money back. They have not responded for 3 weeks now. Of course I'm well past the

The sign shouldn’t say help wanted, it should say help desperately needed! A word of advice, don’t waste your time like I did. If you live far away, don’t make the trip! In my case I was told they had my part, and when I showed up they didn’t even know how to find it on the shelf. The guy didn’t even try to look for it. Definitely in my top 20 most unprofessional businesses.
